The I.C.E. certification system is being developed so that each dancer is Inspired to greater their knowledge of choreography, technique and instructor training. This system will give them a personal plan and each grade achieved will help them Evolve to a higher level. 

The grading system at its lowest level starts with BRONZE certification rising to GOLD, with a pass rate of 60% for a merit, 70% for excellence and 80% for distinction. the percentages are attained by meeting the criteria set out in the grading syllabus, which will be available for all I.C.E. members. 

When GOLD certification has been reached and the practitioner is seen to be at a high professional standard a BLACK I.C.E. certification will be awarded.
